Everything on this page is read from the Supplement Facts panel and from published research on the individual ingredients — never from marketing copy.
Short version: MemoHoney is a once-daily capsule whose name promises memory support and whose ingredient panel describes a circulation formula. Both halves of that sentence are verifiable in under a minute, and this page shows you how.
MemoHoney is a once-daily dietary supplement in a vegetable capsule, 30 to a bottle, sold as "Advanced Memory Support". Its panel lists two arginine forms, two citrulline forms, beta-alanine, niacin and calcium carbonate — a nitric-oxide architecture. It contains no ingredient with human evidence for memory in healthy adults.
Seven lines, every one with an amount beside it: Niacin 7.5 mg NE (47% DV), Calcium as calcium carbonate 18 mg (1.5% DV), L-Arginine base 200 mg, L-Arginine AKG 2:1 Extract 200 mg, L-Citrulline HCl 100 mg, L-Citrulline Malate 100 mg, Beta-Alanine 40 mg. Other ingredients: hypromellose capsule shell, vegetable stearate, silicon dioxide.
| Ingredient | Printed | Free compound | Used in research |
|---|---|---|---|
| L-Arginine (base) | 200 mg | 200 mg free arginine | 3,000–6,000 mg/day (vascular endpoints) |
| L-Arginine AKG 2:1 Extract | 200 mg | ≈ 115 mg free arginine | No separate evidence beyond plain arginine |
| L-Citrulline HCl | 100 mg | ≈ 85 mg free citrulline | 3,000 mg/day L-citrulline |
| L-Citrulline Malate | 100 mg | ≈ 55 mg free citrulline | 6,000–8,000 mg/day citrulline malate |
| Beta-Alanine | 40 mg | 40 mg | 3,200–6,400 mg/day for 4–10 weeks |
| Niacin (Vitamin B3) | 7.5 mg NE (47% DV) | 7.5 mg NE | 14–16 mg NE/day RDA for adults |
| Calcium (as Calcium Carbonate) | 18 mg (1.5% DV) | 18 mg | 1,000–1,200 mg/day RDA for adults |
Four of the seven lines are arginine or citrulline forms. Both amino acids feed nitric oxide production, which relaxes blood vessel walls. Beta-alanine is a carnosine precursor studied for muscular endurance. Niacin is a B vitamin supporting energy metabolism. Calcium carbonate is an excipient.
Assembled, that is the architecture of a nitric-oxide or pre-workout product. It is a coherent formula for what it is. It is simply not the formula the words Advanced Memory Support describe, and that mismatch is the single most useful thing to understand before ordering.
Every compound below has human trial evidence for memory, attention or age-related cognitive change. None appears on the MemoHoney panel:
This is not a criticism about dosing. Taking two capsules would not help, because no quantity of arginine becomes a memory ingredient. It is a criticism about category.

Search this product and the lists disagree. The panel above is what the bottle prints. The largest competing page lists six of the seven and says milligram amounts are not published. A second page lists the same six in its body copy, then contradicts itself in its own FAQ with an entirely different formula built on ginkgo, phosphatidylserine, acetyl-L-carnitine, bacopa, L-glutamine and Alpha-GPC. Artwork supplied with the offer lists a fourth combination again, including B12, biotin, lion's mane and magnesium.
The fix costs nothing: photograph the Supplement Facts panel on the bottle you receive and compare it against the page you ordered from, before you open the seal.

It is sold as daily nutritional support for memory, focus, clarity and energy. Read against its panel, what it supplies is a small amino-acid top-up aimed at the nitric-oxide circulation pathway, plus niacin at 47% of the Daily Value.
No. A nootropic formula would contain compounds such as bacopa, ginkgo, citicoline, Alpha-GPC or phosphatidylserine. MemoHoney contains none of those.
Thirty. One capsule daily with 8 oz of water, 20 to 30 minutes before a meal, so one bottle covers one month.
No. The panel is identical whoever buys it and there is no gender-specific ingredient. Some marketing describes it as a men's brain supplement; the label does not.
